Activation and ownership
Keep private setup credentials confidential. For recovery, use your order reference and proof of purchase. Do not post setup or claim credentials in a public issue.
Destinations
Check that your saved destination uses public HTTPS and opens correctly in a browser. Private networks, administrative pages and redirect loops are blocked.
Orders
Use My order in the browser where you checked out to see fulfillment and approve artwork. If you lose that browser session, contact support for an order-access review.
