A few useful answers.
Do I need a subscription?
No monthly payment is required for the purchased links or owner editing. Pro is optional at $49/month, with an explicitly started 14-day trial for eligible owners. Service operation still depends on continued hosting and domain maintenance.
Which phones work?
The device opens an HTTPS URL through NFC on compatible iPhone and Android models. Exact compatibility and placement will be published after physical prototype testing; we do not claim every phone is supported.
Can I change a link later?
Yes. Verify your email and claim the device in VisitorPing. Owners and workspace administrators can edit purchased links free, without rewriting the NFC tag.
Are Basic, Smart and Max different hardware?
They use the same hardware. Basic includes one direct link. Smart includes up to five links; Max includes up to ten. Smart and Max support a menu or direct destination.
Does it have a QR code or need a battery?
The planned V1 device uses one passive NFC tag, no battery and no printed QR code. The website must be reachable for links to resolve.
Can I add my logo?
A nonmetallic custom overlay is $10 per device. Artwork and proof approval happen privately after payment. Premium printed faceplates remain unavailable until manufacturing is validated.
Will it prove that a review was posted?
No. A review-link redirect is not a posted review. Tappiqo does not claim Google affiliation and must not be used for sentiment-based review gating or incentives.
What if I lose my setup card?
Contact support with proof of purchase. Support can review a credential replacement, which revokes old credentials. A public device URL alone never proves ownership.
